Please note: as of 5th January 2021, our store is closed due to the government lockdown but we continue to operate online. Any items bought online can be returned through the post, however, we don't currently offer refunds in store. For purchases made in store, please hold on to any items you wish to return or exchange and we would be happy to refund you once we re-open.
OUR SIMPLE 3 STEP RETURNS PROCESS
1. Gear is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 28 days of delivery. Just make sure its in a resale-able condition and everything is intact. Please ensure that your original packing slip is included in the parcel so that we know who the return is from. Make a note of why you are returning the product. If you require an exchange, let us know which replacement product you would like.
2. After your return is packaged, mail your return to the Leeds Gear shop. You can always directly bring the item into the shop too.
3. Once we’ve received your item at the shop, it will be checked and the refund or exchange will be processed. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. If you return an online order to the store, we will issue the refund through our website.
