OUR SIMPLE 3 STEP RETURNS PROCESS

1. Gear is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 28 days of delivery. Just make sure its in a resalable condition and everything is intact. Please ensure that your original packing slip is included in the parcel so that we know who the return is from. Make a note of why you are returning the product. If you require an exchange, let us know which replacement product you would like.

2. After your return is packaged, mail your return to the Leeds Gear shop. You can always directly bring the item into the shop too.

3. Once we’ve received your item at the shop, it will be checked and the refund or exchange will be processed. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
