1. Gear is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 28 days of delivery. Just make sure its in a resale-able condition and everything is intact. Please ensure that your original packing slip is included in the parcel so that we know who the return is from. Make a note of why you are returning the product. If you require an exchange, let us know which replacement product you would like.

2. After your return is packaged, mail your return to the Leeds Gear shop. You can always directly bring the item into the shop too. 

3. Once we’ve received your item at the shop, it will be checked and the refund or exchange will be processed. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. If you return an online order to the store, we will issue the refund through our website. 

You are also welcome to return or exchange online purchases in store. Please ensure you have your packing slip with you as proof of purchase and we will refund your returned items via our website to your original payment method.
