Delivery Information

UK Delivery

We offer Tracked Standard Delivery for customers in the United Kingdom. Charges apply. We aim for your order to reach you within 3-5 days but please note that during busy periods, your order may take a little longer to reach you. 

Please note that we do not deliver to the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses.

Click and Collect

We also offer a Collect From Store service - just select 'Pick up' at checkout. You will receive confirmation by email that your order has been processed and is ready to pick up within 2 days. Please visit our store (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm) to pick up your order and bring your order confirmation email to the counter as proof of purchase. 

If you choose this option, we will keep your order in store for ten calendar days after it has arrived. If the order is not collected within the 10 days, we will assume it is unwanted, cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Delivery Outside The UK

We offer Standard Delivery for international customers outside the United Kingdom. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Customs charges may be applied to international orders so we require accurate contact details so that customs can contact you to clear the parcel. Please note that we can not pay these charges for you.

Title Retention

Any items ordered remain our property until we receive full payment.
