What if I have received a faulty item?

This isn’t what we like to hear at all, we’re really sorry. Please call us on 0113 3801375 or email support@leedsgear.com so we can resolve this as soon as possible.

How do I return an item?

We offer refunds or exchanges within 28 days, and you can either send the items back to us or return them to our store

If you’re posting items back to us, enclose a short note explaining what is wrong with your item. Once received, we will process your request within 10 working days and send you a refund confirmation email. Allow about 5 working days for payment to appear on your statement.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition.

Can I personalise my hoodie for my club or society?

Yes! Not a problem. Pop into our store and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you offer a student discount?

As we’re not for profit, all our products are priced to be super good value, so the student discount is already included! When ever we can reduce prices or make things even cheaper we will, so keep your eyes peeled for some bargains.

Can you provide products for University departments?

Of course! Get in touch and we’ll sort you out.

Do you let students design clothes for your store?

We do. Our students are a creative bunch so please send any ideas you have our way!
